Searching Courses and Tee Times
You can search for private country clubs by several levels of geography:
- All states
- A single state
- A metropolitan area within a state
|
Filtering by Club Affiliation
When browsing for or requesting tee times, golfers need to be aware of the club's affiliation with Boxgroove. Specifically, the Boxgroove network has been uniquely designed to offer tee times to golfers from two sources, private country clubs and members of private country clubs.
|
 |
Club Affiliation: These clubs are directly enrolled in the Boxgroove network. These clubs usually have tee times for Boxgroove members to book. If you do not see a tee time that meets your needs, you can also request tee times from these clubs. Each request will be reviewed by the club's golf professional who may post a tee time in response to that request.
|
 |
Player Affiliation: Some members of these clubs are enrolled as golfers in the Boxgroove network. These members can host other Boxgroove golfers at their club by posting tee times. Tee time requests can also be sent to these members who may post a tee time in response to the request.
Keep in mind that you will be playing with at least one member of the club if you book a tee time posted by a member of a club.
|
 |
No Affiliation:: These clubs have no direct or indirect relationships with the Boxgroove network. If you would like these clubs to enroll in Boxgroove, click the "Enrollment Invite" link associated with each club.*

Reviewing and Booking Tee Times
The list of tee times associated with each club may include times posted by clubs as well as club members. Clicking on the tee time will allow you to review the details of the tee time, including the price, and book the tee time if so desired.
Tee times posted directly by a club will require payment as a part of the booking process. Tee times posted by a member of a club will contain instructions that indicate how the club member should be paid for hosting the round.
After booking a tee time, it will appear on your home page calendar where it can be reviewed, modified, or cancelled by clicking on the corresponding link within the calendar.
Requesting Tee Times (Premium members only)
If you do not see a tee time that meets your needs, you may request a tee time from any club within the network by clicking on the request link. The club will review the request and may subsequently post a tee time to satisfy the request.
If the request is satisfied, you will receive an alert and the tee time will show up on your home page calendar as a "Matched Request". This matched request can then be reviewed and later booked by clicking on the corresponding link within the calendar.
A single request may include multiple clubs. For instance, if you want to play on the morning of August 5, but you are willing to play at any one of three different clubs, you can issue a single request that will be routed to the relevant parties within each club.
